Background

Mind Food and Soul Organisation was founded in June 2022 by Mr. Nelton Mondlane and duly registered with the Registrar of Companies in Eswatini in 2023. Our main focus as an organisation is to help unpack the four pillars of mastery or four vital areas of life for balance in one's life.

Target Group

Our main target is the youth aged 18 to 35 years. We also accommodate adults who play a supportive role to their children and need to be equipped as well.

1. Hosting Quarterly Seminars

We engage with the youth, parents, and guardians to create themes that address our pillars and invite thought leaders.

2. Book Club

Focused on personal, career, and spiritual development. We promote daily reading and create a community for sharing insights.

3. Empowerment and Mindset Change Programs

Tailor-made programs for schools, churches, companies, and communities to foster growth and development.
